### Oracle EPM Go-Live Support and Hypercare

Production Rescue Assessment: a fixed price, ten business day diagnosis of a live application (five days for a single module application), independent of the team that built it, ending in an executive diagnosis with evidence, a root cause matrix (defect, data or integration, design, performance, process misalignment, enhancement, working as designed), an architecture assessment, a list of what to stop doing, and a remediation sequence by business risk. Hypercare through go-live and the first cycle is included in every FMEPM implementation; most clients keep a three to six month support window in monthly hour bands after that. ### NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB)
NSPB (formerly known as NetSuite PBCS, Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) is built on the same underlying Oracle EPM technology but designed for NetSuite ERP customers. Fred Mamadjanov works as an NSPB architect and NSPB implementation partner: end to end implementations for companies on NetSuite ERP, and senior NSPB delivery alongside NetSuite partners and consulting firms. Typical implementation: 4 to 12 weeks, usually starting from Oracle's prebuilt NSPB Financials framework. NetSuite sells NSPB as part of NetSuite Enterprise Performance Management (NetSuite EPM). Risky writes ask for confirmation first, with a preview of what will change; on a production pod that is every write. Users sign in with a company Microsoft account; personal accounts are not accepted. Claude today; other assistants follow once each one is tested. Trials run on the hosted service, which keeps its data in Canada; for customers, FMEPM can run it in your own cloud, in the region you choose.
