How I work.
How pricing is set.

Transparent engagement models for managed services and implementations. Every engagement is scoped individually. Discovery and scoping are free.

Free discovery and scoping

Every engagement starts with a 30 minute discovery conversation to understand your environment and goals. If there's a fit, I follow up with a scoped proposal that reflects the actual work. No surprises, no hidden pricing tiers.

Senior-led delivery on every engagement, whether we're working directly or through your preferred consulting partner.

Implementations

For new Oracle EPM, NSPB, or Vena implementations. Investment size varies by scope. The brackets below give directional sizing for common engagement shapes.

Starter Implementation

Typically 6 to 10 weeks
Low five-figure investment

A focused first implementation that brings actuals together with one planning model. Designed to deliver real value quickly while establishing the foundation for future expansion.

Example scope: Actuals integration + Income Statement planning

Focused Implementation

Typically 12 to 20 weeks
Mid five-figure to low six-figure investment

A connected planning suite covering multiple linked models. Driver logic designed from first principles so the models feed each other correctly and actuals flow through cleanly.

Example scope: Actuals + Income Statement + Balance Sheet + Cash Flow + Workforce

Multi-Module Implementation

Typically 16 to 26 weeks
Mid six-figure investment

Two or more Oracle EPM modules or full-suite Vena implementations with integrated consolidation. Suited to mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple planning areas and a need for consolidation workflows.

Example scope: Oracle Planning + FCC + PCM, or Vena with multi-entity consolidation

Enterprise Implementation

Timeline set at discovery
Scope discussed during discovery

Multi-country, multi-application, or full finance transformation scope. Investment reflects the scale and complexity of the environment. Typical engagements involve integration across several Oracle EPM modules, multiple ERP sources, and global consolidation.

Example scope: Global Oracle EPM transformation across multiple regions and entities

Module refers to a distinct application or planning area. For Oracle EPM, modules include Planning, FCC, PCM, ARCS, Tax Reporting, and Narrative Reporting. For NSPB, modules include Financials, Workforce, and Capital. For Vena, model areas include Financial Planning, Workforce, and CapEx.

Common questions

Do you publish specific dollar amounts for implementations?+
I publish engagement ranges and sizing rather than fixed prices. Every EPM implementation is scoped individually based on complexity, integration requirements, and the current state of the client's environment. The ranges on this page are directional and are calibrated at the discovery call.
What does the discovery call cover?+
A 30 minute discovery call covers the business context, current state of the EPM environment, planned scope, timeline, and any constraints. I use the call to understand whether my expertise is a genuine fit for the engagement. If it is, I follow up with a scoped proposal. Discovery and scoping are free.
Can engagements start small?+
Yes. Many engagements start with a focused first phase covering a single module or a specific workstream. This lets both sides build a working relationship before committing to a larger scope. A typical first phase covers actuals integration plus one planning model, for example Income Statement planning, delivered in 6 to 10 weeks.
Do you work through consulting partners?+
Yes. I deliver engagements both directly to clients and as a senior specialist on engagements led by consulting partners and system integrators. The engagement model is the same either way: senior-led, hands-on, and focused on long-term value for the finance team.
How is monthly investment calculated for managed services?+
Monthly investment is calibrated at discovery based on the hour band, the complexity of the environment, the response requirements (on-call versus scheduled), and the number of applications covered. All tiers include senior-led delivery on every hour billed.
Are implementations fixed-price or time-and-materials?+
Both are available. Most implementations are delivered as fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements once scoping is complete. Some engagements with exploratory elements or significant unknowns are better suited to time-and-materials with agreed-upon milestones. The discovery call determines the right structure.
