How I work.
How pricing is set.
Transparent engagement models for implementations and managed services. Every engagement is scoped individually. Discovery and scoping are free until we agree on scope.
Free discovery and scoping
Every engagement starts with a 30 minute discovery conversation to understand your environment and goals. If there's a fit, I follow up with a scoped proposal that reflects the actual work. No surprises, no hidden pricing tiers.
All discovery and scoping calls are free. You don't pay for anything until we've agreed on scope and signed a statement of work. This includes the 30 minute discovery, any follow-up technical conversations, and the scoping work needed to write a proposal you can act on.
Senior-led delivery on every engagement, whether we're working directly or through your preferred consulting partner.
Implementations
For new Oracle EPM, NSPB, or Vena implementations. Investment size varies by scope. The tiers below give directional sizing for common engagement shapes.
Starter Implementation
A focused first implementation that brings actuals together with one planning model. Designed to deliver real value quickly while establishing the foundation for future expansion.
Focused Implementation
A connected planning suite covering multiple linked models. Driver logic designed from first principles so the models feed each other correctly and actuals flow through cleanly.
Multi-Module Implementation
Two or more Oracle EPM modules, or full-suite Vena implementations, with integrated consolidation. Suited to mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple planning areas and a need for consolidation workflows.
Enterprise Implementation
Multi-country, multi-application, or full finance transformation scope. Investment reflects the scale and complexity of the environment. Engagements typically span several Oracle EPM modules, multiple ERP sources, and global consolidation.
Senior-led, with a vetted specialist network when scope calls for it
Starter and Focused engagements are delivered directly by me, end to end. For Multi-Module and Enterprise engagements, I coordinate with a vetted network of specialists in adjacent areas. OCI infrastructure, Oracle ERP integration, finance transformation. Every engagement stays senior-led by me. Bringing in the right expert is always better than stretching thin.
Module refers to a distinct application or planning area. For Oracle EPM, modules include Planning, FCC, PCM, ARCS, Tax Reporting, and Narrative Reporting. For NSPB, modules include Financials, Workforce, and Capital. For Vena, model areas include Financial Planning, Workforce, and CapEx.
Managed Services
For organizations already running Oracle EPM, NSPB, or Vena that need ongoing expertise. Monthly engagements by hour band.
