I am Fred Mamadjanov, an independent EPM Solution Architect operating as FMEPM, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach me at fred@fmepm.com.

I collect information only when you voluntarily provide it to me. This includes:

• Your name and email address when you submit the contact form on this website
• Your company name and area of interest when you fill out the contact form
• Your name, email address, and any notes you provide when booking a discovery call through Microsoft Bookings
• Basic usage data collected automatically through analytics (pages visited, time on site, general location by country)

I do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, government ID numbers, or health information.

3. How I use your information

I use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or message
• Schedule and manage discovery calls or consulting engagements
• Send you relevant information about my EPM consulting services if you have requested it
• Understand how visitors use my website so I can improve it (via analytics)

I will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, and I will never sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. How I store your information

Contact form submissions are stored securely through Netlify Forms. Booking information is stored through Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365. Both services maintain their own security and privacy standards.

I retain your contact information only as long as necessary to manage our professional relationship. If you would like your data deleted, contact me at fred@fmepm.com and I will remove it promptly.

5. Third-party services

This website uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Netlify — website hosting and contact form processing (netlify.com/privacy)
• Microsoft Bookings — appointment scheduling, part of Microsoft 365 (privacy.microsoft.com)
• Google Analytics — anonymous website traffic analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)
• YouTube — embedded video content (Google's privacy policy applies)
• Google Search Console — search performance monitoring

6. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) collect anonymous data about how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use this website.

7. Your rights (Canadian and international visitors)

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information I hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information

9. International visitors (GDPR)

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area (EEA), I process your personal data based on legitimate interest (responding to your business enquiry).
