1. About FMEPM

FMEPM is the consulting practice of Fred Mamadjanov, an independent EPM Solution Architect based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I provide Oracle EPM, Vena Solutions, and related financial planning and analytics consulting services to organizations worldwide.

4. Consulting services

Discovery calls and initial consultations are offered free of charge and without obligation. Formal consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work or consulting agreement signed by both parties.

Key terms that apply to all consulting engagements:

• Scope: All work is defined in a written Statement of Work agreed before commencement
• Confidentiality: I treat all client information, systems, and data as strictly confidential
• Deliverables: Work product ownership is specified in the engagement agreement
• Independent contractor: I operate as an independent contractor, not an employee of your organization
• Payment: Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement

5. Limitation of liability

The content on this website is provided for general information and educational purposes. While I make every effort to ensure accuracy, I make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information on this site.

I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of information on this website, including but not limited to decisions made based on content published here. For specific advice about your EPM environment, please book a discovery call.

My liability in connection with any consulting engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Discovery calls and bookings

Discovery calls booked through Microsoft Bookings are subject to the following:

• Calls are 30 minutes in duration and are provided free of charge
• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a call with reasonable notice
• Information shared during discovery calls is treated as confidential by both parties
• A discovery call does not constitute a consulting engagement or any commitment on either party

8. Video content

Video responses and tutorial content I create and share with clients or publish publicly remain my intellectual property. Clients may use video responses I create specifically for them for internal reference purposes. They may not redistribute or publish such videos without my written consent.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or my services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to these terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of this website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
