Hi, I'm Fred Mamadjanov. I specialize in helping businesses with analytics, modeling, profitability, planning, budgeting, and financial management. I provide training, solve complex problems, and improve the performance of EPM/CPM applications. With over 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and the Oracle EPM and Vena CPM space, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the table. I work with clients worldwide, helping them achieve their goals. 

My journey into EPM/CPM space started with leading the first Oracle Fusion cloud implementation in the telecom industry, managing a diverse team of over 100 internal members as well as from Big 4 and boutique consulting firms worldwide. Then my professional journey has taken me through local boutique consulting firms, and my last employment was with Huron before I became an independent consultant.  

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I am passionate about helping organizations build transparent and automated processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. I speak at conferences, host podcasts, and organize events with like-minded professionals who are passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others in the EPM/CPM space. 

I created fmepm.com to share my knowledge and experiences with the EPM/CPM community.  Initially, I envisioned it as tuning into the fm.epm "radio" channel, where you can get insights.  However, based on recommendations from some customers who enjoyed working with me, I also included a services section so that more organizations can benefit from my skills and insights.
